Howdy Reader! Yesterday I mentioned that my downfall was TikTok. Scrolling on TikTok was the start of a wasted evening. So I uninstalled TikTok on my phone to prevent me from taking that road at least. Well, good news: tonight was a bit more productive. I wouldn't say that I got a lot more done, but there was more quality time. I was more present in the time after dinner, rather than scrolling on TikTok. And afterwards, when I went to work, I got started earlier. So not a home run, but I definitely connected with the ball. Progress is progress, and it always beats not making progress. Howdy Reader! If you're on a creator journey, it's a great thing. Having written, recorded, and so forth for 20+ years, I've learned a couple of things about progress. First: Do the work. There is no other trick. Second: Don't stop for any substantial length of time. It's doubly hard to get started again. After a break, old habits set in and take root.
